Maishia (May-Sha) Johnson is a Human Resources Professional, small business owner, and community leader driven by her core values: Integrity, Honesty, and Excellence. Maishia is committed to helping individuals realize their full potential by providing career coaching, leadership training, and mentorship. Her approach is centered around compassion and confidence, empowering others to excel in the workplace and their communities.

Outside of her work in HR, Maishia is the CEO of MaiDlynn's Chic Boutique, an online women’s clothing boutique. Maishia has always been enthusiastic about fashion and the transformative power of clothing. She believes that when women feel beautiful and confident in what they wear, they are more empowered to own the rooms they are in.

In January 2025, Maishia took her desire to serve and her love for fashion one step further and founded MaiDlynn’s Closet, a non-profit dedicated to empowering young women in underserved communities by providing free prom dresses, work attire, and resources to build confidence and boost self-esteem. With a deep commitment to giving back, Maishia created MaiDlynn's Closet to help young women feel prepared for important milestones, whether they are attending their prom or stepping into a job interview. Through her vision, dedication, and expertise, Maishia continues to impact the lives of women and girls, one outfit at a time 

With a background in human services and as a certified life coach specializing in confidence building, Kristina Ellis understands the profound impact that clothing and image can have on a woman's self-esteem and confidence. As the CEO of Simply Me Kris, a confidence coaching firm, Kristina has seen firsthand how the right attire can empower women of all ages to feel confident and capable. Clothing is more than just fabric; it’s a powerful tool that helps women present themselves with pride and navigate life with strength and assurance.

In her role as Vice President on the board of MaiDlynn’s Closet, Kristina is dedicated to ensuring that women in need have access to clothing that boosts their confidence and sense of self-worth. She believes that every woman, regardless of age or background, deserves to feel empowered by her image. Through this partnership, Kristina is committed to making a meaningful impact by providing women with the resources they need to look and feel their best, one outfit at a time.

Calvina Trotter is a Benefits professional with an extensive background in benefits administration. With years of experience in the field, she is dedicated to providing organizations and employees with top-notch support and brings a deep understanding of benefits management and a commitment to helping others navigate their benefits with ease. Passionate about everything she does, Calvina thrives on delivering positive outcomes and ensuring employees receive the best possible support. Her professional dedication is matched by her genuine enthusiasm for making a difference which shines through in her work.

As the Treasurer for the board of MaiDlynn's Closet, Calvina applies her expertise in financial management to help further the mission. She is deeply passionate about developing young women through fashion, using style as a tool to boost their confidence and self-esteem. She believes in empowering the next generation of women to embrace their individuality and unlock their full potential. Calvina's commitment to both her community and her career reflect her desire to make a lasting, positive impact on the lives of others.

Alisha Wilson is an accomplished healthcare professional with over 16 years of experience supporting and empowering medical teams and organizations through a wide range of administrative and human resources roles.
